As the chef of Double Barrel BBQ LI, my passions have always gravitated to BBQ. There is an unexplainable joy that comes from seeing the expression on someone’s face as they taste something you created for the first time. It’s invigorating! BBQ has slowly smoked and burned its way into my culinary journey.  The sauces and spice blends I’ve created bring you unique flavors to awaken and excite your senses.  I look forward to continuing to create new bold flavors to share with you.
